Volcán Ollagüe

Volcán Ollagüe is a massive andesite stratovolcano in the Andes at an elevation of 5.868m (19,251ft) above the sea level located in northern Chile (Región de Antofagasta) on the border with Bolivia (Departamento de Potosí). It still remains an adrenaline-pumping journey and is definitely not for the faint of lungs, heart, or legs. Words can’t describe the road and pictures don’t do it justice. It’s one of the highest roads of South America.

Ruta 3 Tierra del Fuego

Ruta 3, Tierra del Fuego is one of the most spectacular drives in the world. The road is 363 kilometres (226 mi) long and is said to be the southernmost paved road in the world. It’s located in Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur Province, in Argentina.

Salar de Maricunga

Faro San Isidro

Cuesta Codoceo

Cuesta Codoceo is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4.342m (14,245ft) above the sea level, located in the Nevado Tres Cruces National Park in the Atacama Region of Chile.

Paso Uspallata

The Uspallata Pass is an Andean high mountain pass at an elevation of 3.810m (12,500ft) above the sea level, located in Valparaíso Region of Chile, near the Argentinian border.

Quebrada del Peñon

Quebrada del Peñon is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3.792m (12,440ft) above the sea level, located in northern Chile’s Atacama Desert. Daytime temperatures will reach up to 30 °C, while at night temperatures will tend to drop very low, even below freezing point in winter. There are often also b winds in the area.
