Antenas de Entel (Jamp'aturi)
Located in the La Paz Department, in Bolivia, las Antenas de Entel is a high mountain communication tower at an elevation of 4.937m (16,197ft) above the sea level. It's one of the highest mountain roads of the country.
The summit is located within the the Cordillera Real in the Andes. The road to the summit is gravel. It’s pretty steep. Do not travel this road in severe weather conditions. The climb is simply terrible, with a notorius lack of oxygen that tests the organisms and a high degree of steepness. Most people feel altitude sickness at around 2,500-2,800 meters. Near the summit, oxygen is in short supply.
