Is the road to Cumbre Chuchu unpaved?

The road through the pass is totally unpaved. It features countless turns and many hairpin bends, as well as narrow sections and steep parts. A 4x4 vehicle is required.

Set high north of the main range of the Cordillera Real, in the Andes, the road is about 30km (18 miles) long starting from Sorata.
