Estrada Vila do Porto Novo-Ribeira Grande is a spectacular high mountain road from Vila do Porto Novo to Ribeira Grande, two cities located in Santo Antão, or Sontonton in Cape Verdean Creole, the westernmost and largest of the Barlavento islands of Cape Verde.
