Т1421 is the name of a challenging mountain road located in the Lviv Oblast of Ukraine.
Tucked away on the western part of the country, the road is mostly unpaved, in bad conditions. The road is 27.9 km (17.33 miles) long, running west-east from Skhidnytsia (Drohobych Raion) to Verkhnie Synovydne (Stryi Raion).
The road is very steep in parts, hitting a 12% of maximum gradient through some of the ramps. It tops out at 629m (2,063ft) above the sea level. To drive the road without stopping will take most people between 35 and 60 minutes.
