Alberta Park Reservoir
Located in Mineral County, in the U.S. state of Colorado, Alberta Park Reservoir sits at an elevation of 3.127m (10,259ft) above the sea level.
Located in the San Juan Mountains, the road to the reservoir is called USFS Road 391. The road is usually snowed over by October or November. It can still definitely be dangerous in wintry or white-out conditions.
It is a dirt road, very well graded. 4x4 not required. The road ends on a parking lot. Starting from US-160 highway, the road is 2.89km (1.8 miles) long.
