Located in San Miguel County, Colorado, in USA, the Revelation Lift lies at an elevation of 3.837m (12,588ft) above the sea level. It’s one of the highest mountain roads of Colorado.
The road to the summit, located within the Telluride Ski Resort, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. The road is impassable from October to June (weather permitting). 4x4 vehicle required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. The wind is usually quite strong at mountain areas. High winds blow here all year long. Even in summer you can confront with snowy days.
