Upheaval Dome
Upheaval Dome is a striking volcanic-type crater located in the Canyonlands National Park of southern Utah, in USA, at an elevation of 1.737m (5,698ft) above the sea level.
The scenic road to this 60 million year old meteor crater is asphalted. It’s called Upheaval Dome Road. It’s 4.8 miles long on a fascinating landscape. The road is pretty steep and passes several overlooks and trailheads. At the end of the road there’s a parking lot.
