Lone Cone Pass
Lone Cone Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3.357m (11,015ft) above the sea level located in San Miguel County, in Colorado, USA.
The peak is located in the San Miguel Mountains range of the Rocky Mountains. The road to the summit is called County Road 47. It’s a gravel 4wd track. Do not travel this road in severe weather conditions. Avalanches, heavy snowfalls and landslides can occur anytime, being extremely dangerous due to frequent patches of ice. The road is a bit rocky and muddy in places.
