A paved road to the summit of Yaqui Pass in California
Yaqui Pass is a mountain pass at an elevation of 526m (1.725ft) above the sea level, located in San Diego County, California, in USA.
Located within the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, the road to the summit is totally paved. It’s called Yaqui Pass Road (County Highway S3). The drive is pretty steep (4-10% grade), and visibility between cars and rides can be poor, with many twists and turns against the canyon walls.
The pass road is 10.94km (6.8 miles) long, running south-north from CA-78 to Borrego Springs Road.
