Rebecca Creek Road, a floodable road in Texas
Rebecca Creek Road is a short paved road located on the Edwards Plateau in the U.S. state of Texas. The road features a river crossing which floods during storm season.
Located east of Spring Branch, the road is asphalted but narrow in parts. It’s 19.95km (12.4 miles) long and links FM311 and US-281 highways.
At the Guadalupe River cross, the road is flooded almost every year. Avoid this road during any intense rain events because water will seek the lowest paths. If you cannot see the road, don't drive on it.
