Wind River Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.790m (9,150ft) above the sea level, located in Larimer County, in northern Colorado, in USA.

Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountain Range, near the Twin Sisters Peaks, the smooth road to the summit is totally paved. It’s called Colorado State Highway. The highway is two lanes along the entire route except for portions in the cities and towns.

The drive offers delightful views. The pass is 24.14km (15.0 miles) long, running south-north from Allenspark (in northwestern Boulder County) to Estes Park (in Larimer County).
