Witches Rock Road in CT is said to be the scary of scaries
Witches Rock Road is located in Hartford County, in the US state of Connecticut and has a long story of witchcraft. It's one of the Top Haunted Roads in the world.
Located in the north central part of Connecticut, the road is totally paved. There is a large rock formation that leans over the road, and the history of witchcraft goes as far back as the 1700s when locals believed that the rock (which became known as "witchrock”) was the meeting place for a group of witches. That curse is said to remain and haunts the street to this day.
Located to the west of Cedar Lake, the road is 1.93km (1.2 miles) long, running north-south from Fall Mountain Road to Spindle Hill Road.
