Take the Scenic Route and Discover Road Mexico 105 Metztitán Canyon
This segment of Mexico 105 crosses a magnificent desert landscape with huge canyons and cactus.
The canyon is 600 meters deep. Starting at an elevation of 1.910 masl the road goes deep into the canyon at 1.310 masl near the community of Los Venados.
The surface of the road is asphalt. It offers extensive views of the canyon, some cliffs and even a waterfall in the route.
