Road Los Altares (Mexico 58)
Los Altares (Mexico 58) is an asphalted road linkins Linares and Iturbide in Nuevo León state, in Mexico.
This road offers spectacular rock formations along its canyon route (Iturbide canyon) by the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. Following a river along the mountains, this road can be dangerous due flash flooding caused from the nearby river, mudslides from tall mountains.
Along this route there's a famous stop area or rest area called "Los Altares", where a series of aztec murals depicted in the rock formations.
