Travel Guide to Tiara Peak

Tiara Peak is a high mountain peak located in the front ranges of Kananaskis Country, in the heart of Alberta, Canada. A minor gravel road, east of the summit, climbs up to 1.885m (6,184ft) above the sea level.

Located in the heart of Rocky Mountains, the trail is totally unpaved. 4x4 vehicle required. Accessibility is largely limited to the summer season. It is not generally snow-free until late June or even July in some years. It’s one of the highest roads of the country. Starting from Powderface Trail, the ascent is 2.94 km (1.83 mi) long.
