Ipek Geçidi
Ipek Geçidi is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.025m (6,643ft) above the sea level, located in Ağrı Province, the easternmost district of Turkey, bordering Iran.
The road to the summit is asphalted. It’s called D100 (part of the European E80 road). The pass is located between the cities of Doğubayazıt and Ağrı. The climb is pretty steep. Subject to winter storms.
