The road to Kışkılı Köyü isn’t an easy one
Kışkılı Köyü is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 2.587m (8,487ft) above the sea level, located in Bitlis Province, in eastern Turkey.

The road to the summit is totally unpaved. It is usually impassable in winters. 4x4 required. Always check the weather forecast before you start your journey: adverse conditions are common. The summit is crowned with many communication towers. The road to the summit is pretty steep: starting from Aydınlar, the road is 9.7 km (6.02 miles) long. Over this distance the elevation gain is 706 meters. The average gradient is 7.27%.
