Ziyaret dağı

Ziyaret Dağı: this road is not for timid drivers

Ziyaret Dağı is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 3.002m (9,849ft) above the sea level, located in Trabzon Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey. It’s one of the highest roads of the country.

It's one of the highest roads of Europe. The road to the summit is totally unpaved. Accessibility is largely limited to the summer season. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road.
