Set high in the Swiss Alps, in the Jungfrau region, the road to the summit is totally unpaved. A 4x4 vehicle is required due its steepness. It’s a cul-de-sac road that ends at the top and has to be descended in the same way. The road is closed to private motorized vehicles.
