Cerro del Gargantón
Cerro del Gargantón is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.789m (5,869ft) above the sea level, located on the border of Castile and León and Community of Madrid, in Spain.
The trail to the summit is very wide. It is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. 4x4 vehicle required. Thunderstorm activity can quickly change unpaved roads to four-wheel-drive condition or make them impassable. The area is heavily used for parachuting.
