Locally known as Lo Coscollet, the peak is located in the province of Lleida and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain.

What’s at the summit of El Coscollet ?

At the summit there’s as little mountain refuge and a few communication towers. From the summit, you can see the entire town of Oliana, the Oliana and Rialb reservoirs, and the mountains stretching all the way to the Pyrenees. Looking the other way, you can see the Montserrat mountains and the whole Prelitoral mountain range.

Is the road to El Coscollet unpaved?

The road to the summit, located in the Serra d'Aubenç i Roc de Cogul mountain range, is totally unpaved and rocky. A 4x4 vehicle is required.
