Puerto de Los Cotos
Puerto de Los Cotos is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.830m (6,003ft) above the sea level, located in the mountain range of Guadarrama, on the border of Castile Leon and Madrid, Spain.

The road to the summit is called M-604 (Madrid) and SG-615 (Castile). It’s asphalted and pretty steep, with sections up to 8.8%. The climb has been used in the Spanish Vuelta a España race. Starting from Monasterio El Paular, the ascent is 13 km long. Over this distance, the elevation gain is 645 meters. The average percentage is 5 %.
