The road through the pass is fully paved. It’s called EP-2202. It’s a very challenging drive due to its steep ramps, but extremely beautiful, with unbelievable views of the sea, Baiona, and Vigo Bay.

Tucked away in the Serra da Groba mountain range, the road is 22km (14 miles) long, running north-south from Baiona (a tourist town with a medieval historical center situated by the outlet of Vigo Bay) to Loureza.
