Mirador del Rey
Mirador del Rey (King´s viewpoint) is a natural viewpoint at an elevation of 1.081m (3,546ft) above the sea level, located in the Picos de Europa mountain range, in region of Asturias, northern Spain.
Located within the Covadonga National Park, the road is unpaved. It has some narrow and steep parts crossing the Enol plain. It is perfectly passable by all types of vehicles. The viewpoint sits at the end of the path and offers views of the Pome beech forest. There are information boards at the viewpoint.
The road is a bit hairy running along the western shore of the Lago de Enol lake. Starting from the asphalted CO-4 Road, the track is 3.2 km long. There’s a big parking lot near the viewpoint.
