The road to the shelter, located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, is unpaved. 4x4 vehicle required. Along the way you can enjoy magnificent views to the snowy peaks of Mulhacén and Veleta. Recommended from late spring to early fall, since you´ll go through mountain roads where there is often snow. This basic mountain cabin provides shelter against the elements.
