Folgefonna Tunnel
Located in Hordaland county of Norway, the Folgefonntunnelen is one of the longest road tunnels in the country.
The tunnel is asphalted and links the villages of Eitrheim and Odda to Austrepollen. The tunnel carries the asphalted County Road 551 (Fv551). It’s 11,150-meter (36,580 ft) long and was opened in 2001. It runs under the Folgefonna glacier and Folgefonna National Park.
