Is the road to Rifugio Parafulmine paved?

The road to the hut is mostly paved (7 km) with some concrete parts. The rest of the climb (circa 4km long) is unpaved and rocky, with some steep sections and pretty narrow. The unpaved road is for 4x4 vehicles only, and closed to private vehicles.

Set high in the Orobic Prealps, the road is open year-round, but short-time closures in winters are common.
