Set high in the Italian Alps range, the road to the summit is the iconic Strada Provinziale 345B, also known as Delle Tre Valli. The road starts and ends with asphalt, but the middle section is gravel.

This challenging road is 17.4 km (10.81 miles) long, running from Anfo Ridge Road, located at Passo del Maniva, to the intersection with the SP 669 road.

The road runs along high cliffs without guardrails, making it a risky drive. It winds through the Alps at over 2,000 meters above sea level. In some places, it narrows to fit only one vehicle and has steep drops of hundreds of meters. You can drive the road in either direction, but there is a 20 km/h speed limit. Although there are many rocks and damaged sections, especially in the curves, the road is still passable. Overtaking and stopping outside designated areas are not allowed. Most of the route follows the mountain peaks.
