Pas de Colle Longue

Pas de Colle Longue is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.441m (8,008ft) above the sea level, located in the Alpes-Maritimes, on the Italian-French border.

The road to the summit, also known as Passo di Collalunga, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. The road is impassable in winters. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Along the way are several lakes.
It’s an old military road. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep with more than 20 hairpin turns. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road. At the summit there’s an old military fortress.
