Aiguille de Péclet

The road to the summit, located within the Vanoise National Park, is unpaved. It’s impassable from October to June. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road. The peak likes in the Massif de la Vanoise, at the foot of the Peclet glacier. At the summit there’s a restaurant (Les aiguilles de Peclet). The trail is a chairlift access. It's one of the highest roads of the country.
