Col de Gembre

Col de Gembre is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.635m (5,364ft) above the sea level, located in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in south-western France.

The road to the summit is gravel, pretty steep and narrow. The climb starts asphalted, in Nistos, a small mountain town. After 14km, the road ends in the Station de Ski Nistos, at 1.600 m above the sea level. At this point, the road to the summit turns into gravel.
