
A tricky steep road to the top of Bučanski Kamen in Serbia
Bučanski Kamen is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 1.143m (3,750ft) above the sea level, located in the Zaječar District of eastern Serbia.
The peak belongs to the Tupižnica mountains range. The road to the summit is paved (in poor conditions) all the way, except the last few hundred meters. The summit hosts a TV relay overlooking the village of Bučje.
Starting from Road 422, near Manjinac town, at 564m above the sea level, the ascent is 7.0 km long. Over this distance the elevation gain is 579 meters. The average gradient is 8.27%.
