Kartala Resort
Kartala is a ski resort at an elevation of 1.453m (4,767ft) above the sea level, located in Blagoevgrad Province, in southwestern Bulgaria.
The road is asphalted, running along the Bistritza river uphill through beautiful mountains. Starting from Blagoevgrad, the ascent is 27.4 km long. Over this distance the elevation gain is 1063 meters. The average gradient is 3.87%.
