Qafa e Asters

Is Qafa e Asters unpaved?

The road to the summit is totally unpaved and rocky. It’s not an easy drive. Only suitable for off-road vehicles because the rocky road requires ground clearance. Some parts of the road are totally impassable for 2WD vehicles.

How long is Qafa e Asters?

Set high in the northwestern part of the country, the drive offers a fantastic mountain panorama, but the drive is very remote, quiet, and secluded. The pass road is 11.3 km (7.02 miles) long, running from Lotaj to Nicaj-Shosh.
