Qafa e Morinës (Qafë Morinë) is an international mountain pass at an elevation of 563m (1,847ft) located on the border of Albania and Kosovo.

Set high in the Albanian mountains, the pass links the Gjakova District of western Kosovo and the Kukës County of northern Albania.

How long is Qafa e Morinës?

The road to the summit is paved. It’s called M9-1 (in Kosovo) and SH-22 (in Albania). The pass is 18.2 km (11.30 miles) long, running east-west from Ponoshec (in Kosovo) to Bajram Curri (in the Gjakova Highlands of Albania).
