Dr Nicholas Liverpool Highway

Dr Nicholas Liverpool Highway is a narrow road located within the Central Forest Reserve in Dominica.

The road is asphalted. It’s 28.7 km long and links Marigot, the largest settlement of Saint Andrew Parish and Pont Cassé, in the Saint Paul Parish. This is an exquisite winding mountain drive with sharp and blind curves and hairpin switchbacks leading the traveler over the mountains. The highway, formerly known as Melville Hall to Pond Casse road, was renamed after Dr. Liverpool who served as the 7th President of Dominica from 2003 to 2012. Landslides can occur anytime.
