
Shilung La
Shilung La is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4.808m (15,774ft) above the sea level, located in northern India’s Jammu and Kashmir state.
The road to the summit, located in the Chang-Chemno mountain range, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy. The road is usually impassable from October to June (weather permitting). 4wd vehicle required. Expect a trail pretty steep with some hairpin turns.
