More than 100 hairpin turns on the road to Taibai Mountain

Tàibái Shān is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.766m (9,074ft) above the sea level, located in the Qinling Range, in the south west of Shaanxi Province, China.

The road to the pass is paved. It’s located within the Taibai Mountain National Forest Park. The road is narrow and pretty steep, and heavily trafficked by buses. At the summit is a big parking lot. The pass is located on the way from Jiaokou towards Dacha.

The road is not for the sissies, featuring 100 hairpin turns. The best way to deal with the road is coming close to the guardrail at the precipice, before jerking the wheel into the curve.
