Yangtianshan Panshan Road is not recommended if you’re prone to car sickness

Yangtianshan Panshan Road is the name of an extremely curvy road located in Linqu County in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, Shandong Province of China.

Tucked away in the Yangtianshan Natural Scenic Area, the defiant Yangtianshan Jiulong Panpanshan Highway is totally paved. It’s a curvy road with 12 hairpin turns leading to the top of the mountain.

Located to the southwest of Qingzhou City, the road is 3.5km (2.17 miles) long. It’s very steep, hitting a 13% of maximum gradient. The drive offers sweeping views of blooming flowers and red maples.
