Sese La is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 5.474m (17,959ft) above the sea level, located on the border of China and India.

The pass links the Mangan District of Sikkim in northeastern India and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The road to the summit is totally unpaved. A 4x4 vehicle is required. Starting at Thangu (in India), the road is 46.6km (28 miles) long. The road is very steep, hitting a 17% of maximum gradient through some of the ramps. The elevation gain is 1774 meters. It requires a special Army and Sikkim police/administration permit to visit the area. The summit hosts an Indian military post.
