Taking on the Twists and Turns of Shenxianchi 28 U-turns road
Located in the Jiuzhaigou county of Sichuan, in China, Shenxianchi 28 U-turns is the name of a very defiant drive featuring 28 hairpin turns.
Tucked away within the Hengduan Mountains, the Shenxianchi 28 U-turns road is part of the longer Zhangda Road. It’s a very defiant winding mountain road, with 28 hairpin turns. On 2017, the road was destroyed after an earthquake and in 2020, it was opened again.
It’s totally paved (with a red surface) and runs from Shangsizhai, Zhangzha Town(Provincial Road S301) to Dalu Township(Daluxiang). It’s 71,5 kilometers (44,42 miles) long.
