Lamo Latse La is pure adventure
Lamo Latse La is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 5.370m (17,618ft) above the sea level, located in Ngari Prefecture in China's Tibet Autonomous Region.
Located on southern Tibet, the road to the summit is unpaved. It’s called 773 Country Road. 4x4 vehicle required. On this road you're firmly on altitudes over 5.000m above the sea level. For an unacclimatized person this can be fatal. The entire range is little visited, partly due to its isolated location. The road is 102 km (63 mile) long running north-south from S301 Road to X710 Road.
