Arrastre Lake is a high mountain lake at an elevation of 3.120m (10,236fft) above the sea level, located in Carbon County, in the U.S. state of Wyoming. It’s one of the highest mountain roads of Wyoming.
The road to the lake, located within the Medicine Bow National Forest, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. The road is usually impassable from September to June. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 vehicle required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road. The road climbs up to 3.218m (10,557ft) along its way.
