Sacramento Peak
Sacramento Peak is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 9,262ft (2.823m) above the sea level, located in Otero County, in the south-central part of the US State of New Mexico.
The road to the summit, located within the Sacramento Mountains, is asphalted but curvy. It’s called Sunspot Highway (NM Hwy-6563). It’s pretty steep. At the summit there are several observatories. Expect snow in winter.
