Adventure along the curvy Road Mexico 199
Mexico 199 is a high mountain road located in the Mexican state of Chiapas. The road is 227 km (141 miles) long.
The road is paved and features many steep sections and hundreds of turns. The road links Palenque, a city in the north of the state of Chiapas at an elevation of 60 m (200 ft) above the sea level and San Cristóbal de las Casas, a town in the Central Highlands region of the state of Chiapas at 2.200m (7,200ft) above the sea level.
