An awe-inspiring drive to Canoe Lake in Northeastern Ontario
Canoe Lake is a very beautiful pristine lake located in Algoma District, in Northeastern Ontario in the Canadian province of Ontario.
Located in the Mississagi River Indian Reserve No. 8, the road to the lake is totally unpaved but navigable by all passenger vehicles. It’s called Canoe Lake Road. Starting from the paved Village Road, the road to the lake is 6.5km (4.03 miles) long.
