Pannai Bridge is a causeway road located in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka. It's one of the most spectacular bridges in the world.
The bridge is 4.1km long. It’s part of the AB19 road and links Jaffna, in the mainland, and Mandativu (or Mandaitheevu) a small island off the coast in Jaffna Peninsula.
The surface of the causeway road is asphalted. It’s being broadened currently. This bridge will be demolished and a new one is going to be built.
