A memorable road trip to Kora La

Kora La, also known as Korala, is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4.621m (15,160ft) above the sea level, located in Mustang District in the Dhawalagiri Zone of northern Nepal, near the Chinese border.

Located near Chhonhup, the road to the summit is totally unpaved and usually impassable in winters. It’s called Kali Gandaki Corridor KA32. 4x4 vehicle required. Expect a trail pretty steep. It has been considered the lowest drivable path between Tibetan Plateau and Indian subcontinent.
