Pavarotlar

There’s a road only in the Azerbaijani side. Located within the Zengezur mountain range, the road to the summit is called Soyuq Yolu. It’s gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. The road is impassable in winters. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point.
The road to the summit is brutally steep. Starting from Gənzə, a village and municipality in the Ordubad Rayon of Nakhchivan, at 1.249m above the sea level, the ascent is 15km long. Over this distance the elevation gain is 1.883 meters and the average gradient is 12.55% with sections up to 16%. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road.
